💰 Fare Structure
- ✓ Fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type and trip category (Local, Outstation, One-way, Round trip).
- ✓ The final fare is shown to the customer before booking confirmation.
- ✓ Toll tax, parking, state tax & permit charges (if applicable) are extra at actuals.
- ✓ Extra kilometres, waiting time or additional hours are charged as per the rate card.

Vehicle blocking and driver allocation happen only after the advance payment is received.
↩️ Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refund processing: 5–7 working days to original payment method.
- More than 24 hours before trip: Partial refund may be applicable.
- Within 24 hours of trip start: 30% advance amount is non-refundable.
- No-show: No refund applicable.
- Marriage Procession bookings: No refund for cancellation or no-show.
